NC State's School of Architecture and Imagine Pamlico collaborated to create a Studio Project curriculum for the graduate school's final studio project in Spring 2024.  Incorporating some regenerative and sustainable design elements from previous seminar work produced while collaborating with Pamlico County's Dept. of Planning and Development, this novel concept, "The Villages at Pamlico," resulted in a vision for a multi-use planned development.  Imagine Pamlico's team, Pamlico County stakeholders, and other professionals from the Raleigh area attended the students' presentation on April 26, 2024 at NCSU's College of Design. This plan serves as inspiration for what is possible when imagining a future Pamlico County.
